Our Approach. Time is the enemy of debt collection. Bills are harder to collect when debtors ignore multiple phone calls and letters, move from their homes or change employers. At MCC, we take full advantage of state-of-the-art collection technology, online resources, and all legal options available - including lawsuits - to locate debtors and develop payment plans to expedite the compensation rightfully due you. At the same time, and contrary to some stereotypes, our philosophy is one of respect for both clients and debtors. We will recommend court action when the situation warrants. However, by treating people fairly and honestly, we find they are more willing to work with us to pay off their debts versus avoiding the issue and drive up collection costs.
